Using different board games to explore and develop potential, there will also be different curriculum innovations, with the initial aim of designing and teaching so that more people can learn how to explore themselves and turn passivity into initiative.

We lead a variety of yoga postures to guide the body's awareness through breath awareness.
Classes feature asana practice, restorative yoga, breath therapy, maternity yoga and postnatal healing.
We also offer a combination of flower crystal classes to help you relax your tired body and mind and find your most comfortable self.
